Important information
Check-in / check-out / rooms: Rooms are available from 12 noon on arrival day. Rooms must be vacated until 11 am. Surcharge for double rooms used as singles is 70%. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee particular room numbers and floors at the time of your booking.
Deposit: For fixed bookings a € 200 deposit per room is to be made via bank transfer to: Raiffeisenkasse Rasun – swift code: RZSB IT 21305, IBAN IT80N0803558730000303002225.
Cancellations free of charge: For a surcharge of only € 2 per person per day, all cancellation fees in case of accident, illness and other important reasons are covered. Please inform us should you choose not to take us up on this offer when you make your booking.
Cancellations and premature departure: Cancellation fees apply according to the hotel regulations.
Pats are welcome! However, please note that pets are not allowed in the dining and wellness areas.
